Bought this as a gift for myself and wow. The heating function is way faster than my old pad. It gets into the curve of my back perfectly.

I was skeptical about the whole 'dynamic lift' thing but wow. The way it lifts the lower back feels exactly like when my chiro pulls on my legs. The heat gets super hot too (in a good way). Takes about 3 days to get used to it but now I use it every night.

I honestly thought the traction was marketing hype, but you can feel the lift pushing your spine up. It feels incredible after a gym session.

I use this for 15 minutes right before I get into bed. It relaxes my lumbar muscles enough that I can actually fall asleep without tossing and turning.
